Cancellation does not apply to one-time purchases. And for subscriptions, you can cancel at any time and you won’t be charged for the subscription after you request for cancellation.

We do not allow refunds for any purchase once made. That includes all auto-renewal for subscription services. However, we might give considerations in some specific scenarios for auto-renewal payment.
